ブラッククリスマスポーカー (Black Christmas Poker) is a card game using mah-jong/poker combinations

36 cards of three suits : red, green and black. Cards go from A to 7, with two of each card in red and green, and one of each in black, plus one special black card.

On your turn, you draw a card either from the facedown deck or from a faceup discard, and then you discard.

You win if, after drawing from the deck or the discard pile, you have a complete set. Sets are composed of three combinations : run of 3 cards of the same suit, 3 cards with the same number or three cards, 2 cards from the same number. To have a complete set, you must have at least two combinations of 3 cards and one of 2 cards.

You also must announce when you only need one last card to form your complete set.

At the end of the round, the winner earns some points depending on how you completed your set. You also can win some bonus points.

With two games, you can play up to seven players.
